I've got some exciting news to share, and no, it's not an April Fool's joke! After much soul-searching and reflection, I've finally embraced my inner jefa and am stepping into my truth like never before.
For those who don't know me yet, I'm Bessy Martinez—a mom, an immigrant from El Salvador, and a first-gen entrepreneur. I've spent years creating spaces for Latinas to thrive and living by my intuition every step of the way.
It's been a journey of self-discovery, and I've come to realize that what I do isn't just a mission—it's a part of who I am. That's why I'm thrilled to introduce you to the next chapter of my journey: The Everyday Jefa. So, picture this: I'm chatting with a close friend over the phone, pouring my heart out about the ups and downs of life. And then, out of the blue, she drops this bombshell: "Girl, you're like an everyday Jefa!" And just like that, a lightbulb goes off in my head, and the rest is history!
With this new platform, I'll be chronicling my life as a woman making boss moves, sharing everything from entrepreneurship to personal growth, travel adventures to wellness tips. Oh, and what used to be known as the Everyday Jefa brand on social media? Say hello to JefaHQ (www.jefahq.com)—the headquarters of all things entrepreneurship and leadership. 🎉
